How to Create Items

New items are created by first tapping the “new item” button:

A view appears which allows one to choose between the creation of a new item or a new list.  The default is to create a new item.

Enter the new item’s name and then tap the “Save” button to add the new item to the current list.  A description can be entered now or added later.  Tap the “Done” button to return to the current list.

Note that the name cannot be blank.  Descriptions are optional.

Quickly Create Another Item or List

Once an item or list is saved, another item can be quickly created by tapping on the “+” button.  This will clear out the view for the entering of another new item.  The “+” button is merely a shortcut, bypassing a trip back to the current list.
